The board is a graph

Same IncIns Northwind pattern, pointed at Harbor Path Recovery for Network for Recovery. Widgets now include VOBs, admits, missed calls, channel mix, and referral quality — the metrics behavioral-health CRMs sell as marketing reports, without a second product login. The component only draws what leads-report.jsonld describes.

  1. JSON-LD — widgets, SPARQL, talking points, SHACL shapes.
  2. SHACL — the board must pass before SPARQL is treated as a board.
  3. Capability slice — only leads the signed-in employee can View remain in the triple set.
  4. SPARQL — COUNT and SUM fill KPIs. The CRM kanban reads VOB, channel, and missed-call flags from the same sliced graph.
